Rory Nugent, Managing Director
Mr. Nugent is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of successful business creation and management. He brings nearly a decade of professional services experience to Forbes Technical Consulting. Mr. Nugent is President and Founder of Shoreline Resource Group LLC (Shoreline), a successful nationwide IT staffing service that was launched in 2003. Previously, he held leadership positions at well-known IT consulting firms where he opened new offices, negotiated vendor and client contracts, created new lines of business, managed dozens of vendors and formed a joint venture with another IT consulting firm.

Mr. Nugent worked as a member of the White House National Advance Staff from 1997 - 2000. In this role, he coordinated event logistics for official and political events on behalf of the President, Vice President and the First Lady, provided detailed briefings to event participants and served as liaison to White House Staff and local and state officials. He has continued throughout his professional career to travel with and for national political figures to coordinate event logistics.

While attending Illinois Wesleyan University, Mr. Nugent was selected to participate in the Washington Semester Program at American University in Washington, DC. After graduating from Illinois Wesleyan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Mr. Nugent earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Chicago, IL. He remains a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois.

Mr. Nugent lives in Chicago with his wife Samantha and daughter. Mr. Nugent is active in local and national politics and an avid sports fan.

Jennifer S. Goodnow, Director of Sales
Jennifer Goodnow is a seasoned industry expert with experience and expertise in all facets of the staffing and recruiting industry. From 2002 to 2008, she was Owner and Managing Director of Forbes Technical Consulting (FTC), a premier Chicago-based IT staffing and recruiting firm. In September of 2008, Forbes was acquired by the Shoreline Resource Group and Jennifer remained on board as Director of Sales.

Under her leadership at FTC, the firm grew into a high-performing, successful organization that routinely achieved 30% year-over-year growth. FTC was also named the Midwest’s ‘Top 10 Most Dependable Staffing Firms’ by Goldline Research in 2007. In addition to heading the company, Jennifer drove business development initiatives and opened and managed its two largest accounts: Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, NM, TX & OK, and The Northern Trust Company.

Prior to owning FTC, Jennifer was an Executive Recruiter at Russell Reynolds Associates in the company’s Global Technology Practice, where she gained internal recruitment expertise. Jennifer began her career in 1995 with TEKsystems, a premier technology staffing company, where she consistently ranked among their top five sales professionals nationwide.

Over the course of her career, Jennifer has been actively involved in several professional organizations and boards. She currently serves on the Evening Associates Board at the Art Institute of Chicago, and was recently elected to the National Association of Computer Consulting Business (NACCB) board, where she will serve as Secretary. Jennifer is also the former Membership Chair for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology.

Haley A.C. Wadsworth, Senior Recruiting Consultant
Ms. Wadsworth joined Forbes Technical Consulting in 2006 as Technical Recruiter after spending a year working at Axa Advisors. During her time at Axa, Ms. Wadsworth developed strong sales and networking skills and assisted in establishing and maintaining a diverse client base while balancing the delicate and personal Axa Advisor - client relationship. A graduate of Kenyon College in Gambier Ohio, she contributes her expertise to both staffing and sales for Forbes. Currently, Ms. Wadsworth applies her unique blend of drive and dedication to the Recruiting Consultant position bringing a personal atmosphere to a business relationship. She is a member of the Skilled Recruiters Network of Chicago.

Ashley Jones, Recruiting Consultant
Ms. Jones joined Forbes Technical Consulting as Office and Recruiting Administrator in 2006 and transitioned into the role of Recruiting Consultant in 2007. In her role, she is responsible for Client Development and Candidate Recruitment. She also works closely with the firm’s outside vendors to structure searches and ensure their timely completion. Her ability to relate and communicate effectively and professionally has proven to be a valued contribution to not only her organization, but also to her candidates and clients. Her highly developed organizational skills and drive for excellence will be sure to assist candidates on the path to a great career. Prior to Forbes, she had two internships at the McLean County State’s Attorney’s Office in Child Support Enforcement and BroMenn Healthcare’s Human Resources Department. Ms. Jones is a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. degree in Management-Human Resources. She is a member of the Global Business Analysts Group.

Sara Dutil, Office Manager
Mrs. Dutil joined Forbes Technical Consulting as Office Manager in 2007. She spent 3 years working as the Office Manager for Beitler Real Estate, where she gained experience in many facets of Office Administration, including Customer Service and Accounting. Currently, she provides a highly professional and organized approach to the coordination and processing of benefits and payroll for both consultants and internal employees at FTC. Mrs. Dutil received her Bachelors of Science from Michigan State University.

Lauren Petticrew, Recruiting Consultant
Ms. Petticrew joined Forbes Technical Consulting as Recruiting Consultant in 2008. She spent a year with Ricoh Business Solutions in Downtown Chicago. She comes to Forbes with an exceptional sales and account management background. A graduate of Indiana University, she recently joined the Chicago Chapter of the Kelley School of Business Alumni Association to cultivate her networking skills. She is also a member of the SQL Server Professionals Group.

Aleta Giordano Ross, Recruiting Consultant
Mrs. Giordano Ross joined Forbes Technical Consulting as Recruiting Consultant in 2008. She earned a B.S. in Arts Administration from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She held positions in Arts Management at the Ravinia Festival and Young Audiences of Indiana before she discovered her true passion – recruiting. With established success in the industry, she is an expert in identifying client needs and maintaining candidate and client relationships. Mrs. Giordano Ross' varied experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Not-for-profit Management allows her to offer a competitive and passionate drive when matching the perfect candidate with the mission and values of each client.  She is a member of the Professional Project Managers Networking Group.
